Here's another Indiana case (Hynek daylight disc category) I  had missed while doing my original research in the 1990's. I just recently found this one on the NARA Project Blue Book microfilms. Larry Hatch then provided me with information from his database:

North of Delphi, IN at 11:40 AM.  2 observers fishing at some quarry, plus a separate witness, saw some 12-meter objects circle and play in the sky at about 1500 feet estimated altitude.   Type unknown.
