RADCAT is a revitalized special project now being conducted jointly by NICAP & Project 1947 with the help and cooperation of the original compiler of RADCAT, Martin Shough, to create a comprehensive listing of radar cases with detailed documentation from all previous catalogues, including UFOCAT and original RADCAT.

Time: 12 OCT 53   13/0300Z. At 9:00 p.m., local time, an object was detected on a SCR-584 radar. The object entered the scope from the NE and continued on a course of 250 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, then gradually changed direction and left the scope on a heading of 70 degrees. The altitude of the object varied from 225,000 feet to 37,000 feet. The object was observed for 36 minutes. (McDonald list)
