In this instance I was not only the official investigator, but a witness to the event, of which about five minutes was videotaped. The observation was made on an unnofficial skywatch immediately following an interrogation of local witnesses to events reported in the area during the last few months. About 50 witnesses had been gathered together for us to interrogate. There were about 15-20 persons at the skywatch, 5 of which were MUFON FI's. One had a camcorder. The report was drafted and submitted with the video to MUFON & CUFOS. Later on in July of 1990 the first analysis was conducted by Paul Cook.
