Animal Reaction Feature:
On an overcast night in the town of White Pine, a 16-year-old, accompanied by his dog, saw a disc-shaped object that hovered over them at an estimated altitude of 500 feet or less.  No sound was heard.  The dog did not appear to react to the object’s presence.

Joan Woodward, Animal Behavior Specialist:
This sighting apparently was reported years after it occurred.  The object was described as disc-shaped or slightly elliptical.  Square pulsating lights of multiple colors were located around the edge of the bottom (witness could not remember the colors).  The surface of the object was dark.

The object approached from the east, hovered over the witness, then moved southeast out of the town area and then to the northeast and out of sight. 

No EM effects or physiological effects were reported.
